Prepare requests for internal and external audits.
Compile customer requirements and conduct checks, monitor department execution processes.
Coordinate with departments to schedule and remind regular customer evaluation appointments on time.
Conduct regular assessments, unannounced internal ISO, CoC, C-TPAT, PCCC system audits, and monitor departmental execution processes to ensure compliance with company systems, procedures, and policies.
Collect corrective action reports from ethics, social responsibility assessments, quality assessments, C-TPAT assessments and send preventive action reports to customers.
Support uploading preventive action data to customer electronic channels.
Analyze, implement, and respond to customer requests.
Perform other duties as required by the department head.
