Your role, as PROCESSING OFFICER, includes the following:
- Supporting our consultants and counsellors with processing our client’s applications.
- Liaising with clients to obtain documents and materials in support of their applications.
- Accurately process and complete application documents.
- Providing administrative and clerical support to our consultants.
- Taking instructions from and promptly report to our manager or consultants.
Job Requirement
Requirements
- You must have minimum 3 years’ experience in work experience is required in the clerical, human resources or administrative works.
- It is preferred if you have a degree in law or worked as a lawyer.
- Strong command in English and Vietnamese, Mandarin (spoken and written) as you will be liasing with client from China/ Vietnam directly.
- Be confident with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- You must have excellent research, drafting and writing skills.
- Strong attention to details is important.
- Be able to drive matters forward with your strong intellect, commercial acumen and ethical standard.
- Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline.
- Must be self-organised and able to prioritize tasks allocated to you.
- Above all, you MUST have excellent working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility and a good team player.
