Job Description

I. Import job

1. Declare import custom sheet for shipments import from local

II. Export

1. Place export booking with Forwarders

2. Follow booking to get booking confirmation from Forwarder

3. Work with trucking agent to arrange truck & work with Finish goods warehouse to hand over shipment to Forwarder

4. Make commercial INV/ declare export custom sheet.

5. Make document to send Customer after shipment dispatched ( INV/PL/ Bill/CO….)

6. Make local charge payment request form

7. Other tasks if require by manager

Job Requirement

• Bằng cấp: Tốt nghiệp cao đẳng, đại học chuyên ngành kinh tế

• Kinh nghiệm: ít nhất 2 năm kinh nghiệm XNK

• Ngoại ngữ: Tiếng Anh cơ bản 4 kỹ năng: nghe, nói, đọc, viết.
