Job Description

I. Chứng từ hàng nhập

1. FCL (Full container load) / CY (giao nhận hàng tại Cảng – hàng Cont) :

- Receiving docs from agency (HBL, MBL, Dedit note / credit note…)

- Checking docs carefully: Cnee, Packages, Kgs, Cont / Seal No.

- Submitting Manifest for carrier before deadline

- Tracking container

- Making AN & DO

- Sending AN to cnee base on AN carrier before ETA 01day

- Delivery cargo => close file.

· In addition, solve the problems such as:

+ Manifest’s problems: Correct the manifest (consignee name, B/L number, gross weight, etc..) based on agent or consignee’s instruction.

+ Cargoes’ problems (broken / dirty / damage container, etc.): when the cargoes were un-stuffed into CNEE’s warehouse, they will return empty containers to depot. If containers are damaged, the depot will collect the deposit from CNEE. After that if CNEE complain anything about that, we will discuss agent to solve these troubles immediately.

+ And some other troubles.

2. LCL (Less container load)

2.1. Consol (consolidation) (mở trực tiếp):

- Receiving docs from agency (MBL, HBL, Debit Note / Credit Note, Container Load Plan…)

- Checking docs based on Container Load Plan / Debit Note

- Checking carefully: Cnee, Packages, Kgs, Cbm, CFS/CFS…

- Making forwarder BL to request Manifest to us

- Collecting Manifest to submit for carrier before deadline

- Sending email and asking warehouse to arrange unstuffed cargo

- Making AN & DO

- Sending Arrival Notice to cnee before ETA 01day

- Following up the unstuffed container

- It takes about 02 days for unstuffed cargo at CFS (nhận hàng tại kho CFS – hàng lẻ)

- Taking photograph to save cargo status when warehouse unstuffed cargo => send picture to agency / client (if any).

- Delivery cargo => close file.

· In addition, solve the problems such as:

+ Manifest’s problems: Correct the manifest (consignee name, B/L number, gross weight, etc..) based on agent or consignee’s instruction.

+ Cargoes’ problems (missing, broken, deformed goods, etc.): When the cargoes are un-stuffed into warehouse, the OP must take pictures as a proof, and get a confirmation letter about status goods from the warehouse. In these cases, we can send all to consignees or agents, as a main document to say that we have no fault, or complain shipper, or assurance compensation.

+ And some other troubles.

2.2. Co-load (LCL) (qua FWD khác, đổi lệnh DO):

- Receiving docs form agency (MBL, HBL, Debit Note / Credit Note….)

- Checking docs carefully: Cnee, Packages, Kgs, Cbm, CFS/CFS…

- Submitting Manifest for co-loader before deadline

- Making AN & DO

- Sending AN to cnee base on AN co-loader before ETA 01day

- For co-load shipment, the handling fee = NIL

- It takes about 02 days to unstuff cargo at CFS

- Delivery cargo => close file

· In addition, solve the problems such as :

+ Manifest’s problems: Correct the manifest (consignee name, B/L number, gross weight, etc..) based on agent or consignee instruction.

+ Cargoes’ problems (missing, broken, deformed goods, etc.): When the co-loader are un-stuffed the cargoes into warehouse. their OP must take pictures as a proof, and get a confirmation letter about status goods from the warehouse. In these cases, if the cargoes are damaged, they will inform all to us. And then we should announce our CNEE and agents to solve this trouble immediately.

+ And some other troubles.

II. Hàng Transit:

- Nhận thông tin lô hàng từ CS

- Lên bảng kế hoạch giao nhận hàng hóa

- Làm việc trực tiếp với hàng tàu để kiểm tra các thông tin lô hàng nhập quá cảnh

- Soạn bộ chứng từ nhập/ xuất quá cảnh

- Lên tờ khai hàng quá cảnh

- Theo dõi lịch trình xe cộ các lô hàng trong ngày

- Làm việc trực tiếp với OP Cảng và Cửa khẩu để sắp xếp hàng hóa

- Kiểm tra thông tin vận đơn hàng nhập, khai báo Manifest cho lô hang

- Theo dõi để lấy lệnh cho các lô hàng nhập

- Tư vấn lịch giao hàng tốt nhất cho CS

- Getting information of cargo from CS

- Making the schedule to deliver cargo

- Checking information of transit import with carriers directly

- Making documents for transit import / export

- Making the transit clearance sheet

- Monitoring the cargo & truck within that day

- Working directly with OP at port & border to arrange cargo

- Checking info of the transit import, declare manifest for it

- Following to take documents for the transit import goods

- Giving advice about the best delivery schedule for CS

Job Requirement

-          College / University graduation, major in Business Management

-          At least 1-3 years’ experience with the equivalent position

-          Good communication in English / Chinese

-          Hard working, careful, honest, able to work under pressure, solving problem skill

-          High team work spirit.
