MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Influencer & Community Partnership Lead to lead the partnership development with all tiers of Influencers across social platforms. You will closely work with Content Lead and O2O Operation team to develop Influencer & Community strategies to generate growth for the O2O business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Social Influencer marketing with good understanding about influencer market, social community, especially in Mom & Baby category.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
Bachelor Degree: Business/ Commercial/ Public Relations
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in influencer marketing; including 1 year in the same position.
· Demonstrated understanding of social media platforms & influencer market, deep knowledge about Mom and Baby category is a plus.
· Commercially and creatively minded.
· Well-manage workload, negotiation skill, promptly give solutions to solve issues.
· Proven experience in planning and managing social media and influencer campaigns and longer-term strategies.
· Self-starter, fast learner with a can-do spirit.
· Highly skilled at relationship building and enjoy working with people across classes.
· Need to be social savvy on all platforms. Researching skills on social networks to find more new faces of influencers.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well alone as well as with different internal & external stakeholders.
· Extrovert and open-minded, result-oriented, energetic, enthusiastic with a high sense of responsibility.
