Front office/reception management: main contact point for visitors welcoming & hosting, navigating visitors among assigned areas, communicating info/guidelines, and other front office support.
Office administration: responsible for completed office activities management including office payment for products/services, monitoring and controlling daily office operation, providing office support to users (R&M, Security, Cleaning….etc), arranging office visits, support CEO office/BOD for meeting arrangement, control facilities, and buildings.
Employee Experience: provide and continue upgrading office experiences to stakeholders regarding service quality and engagement activities (where needed).
Cost control: monitor and effectively utilize budget to balance office efficiency within budget constraints.
Team Management : manage operational team including technician, security and cleaning to ensure smooth and effective daily operation.
Job Requirement
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Hospitality management, or a related field.
Work-related skills: Technical Proficiency, Planning, Analytical Skills, Time Management, Data Management, Customer service, presentation.
Technical Skills: Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Soft skills: Problem-Solving, Communication, Attention to Detail, Writing clear and concise reports
