Order Processing:
• Manage customer orders for export, ensuring correct quantity, pricing, and shipping details.
• Coordinate with production, planning, and warehousing teams to ensure goods are ready for shipment.
Logistics & Shipping Coordination:
• Liaise with shipping companies and freight forwarders to arrange vessel space for daily bookings.
• Prepare and review all export documentation (e.g., commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading).
• Coordinate with customs brokers (CB) for export clearance.
• Manage container bookings, inland transport, and cargo handling.
Customer & Vendor Communication:
• Maintain communication with the PRC OPD team and customers regarding shipment updates, lead times, and required documentation.
• Work with Forwarders to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
• Resolve any issues related to delivery delays or discrepancies.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, export transactions, and related documentation.
• Record abnormal costs and update the billing team accordingly.
• Prepare weekly and monthly export activity reports.
