Appointment scheduling: Management of client appointment scheduling (scheduling clients’ appointments according to Dr recommendation/client need; confirming clients booking/rescheduling their booking at clients’ request, etc.
Cashiring: Prepare/issue invoices for the services clients used during their visit.
Client support:
Welcome and instruct clients for different services that they booked with the clinic (Dr consultation, treatments, facial,… direct clients between G Floor and 2nd Floor for services)
Respond to clients’ requests about appointments on online channels (FB, Whatsapp, Zalo, email, phone,…)
Interpretation service for clients who need English language support as required (English support for facial, hair removal, …)
Other tasks assigned by the Manager
Working hours (full-time): 6 days/week, 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM/ Sunday 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM (off 1 day/week excluding Saturday and Sunday)
Job type: Internship, 4-5 days per week, full-time is preferred
Job Requirement
Fresh Graduate or Final year student
Good computer skills and good English skills are an advantage
Curious and willing to learn
