2. Lead Maintenance in Safety, Quality, Productivity and Cost
Ensure safe operation of machinery and equipment
Scheduling and overseeing all maintenance-related work by managing a team of maintenance technicians and supervisors
Maintain equipment in validated state and oversee repairs
Effectively assign maintenance resources
Minimize/mitigate operations risk
Maintain and improve equipment change-over efficiency
Review daily maintenance effectiveness to identify opportunities for improvement and prevention of issues
Looking for new ways/tools/assets to improve productivity and cut costs
Drafting maintenance reports
3. Improvement
Continuously improve the plant’s PM system
Manage and organize parts inventory using Lean principles.
Champion and lead change initiatives and continuous improvement efforts, including the pursuit of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
Oversee plant reliability for long-term production optimization while continuously reducing cost through improved equipment operation, maintenance and upgrades
4. Maintaining positive relationship with suppliers: hard service and soft service
5. Fix asset management:
Manage the complete asset lifecycle
Completely integrate asset management with accounting
Maintain accurate records for compliance and reporting.
Quickly create assets based on unlimited asset types, and report

Job Requirement
University degree
Experience as same role at least 3 years
Good command of spoken and written English
Good problem solving skills.
Detail oriented and be able to handle multi-tasks.
Ability to definite problems. Ability to solve practical problems and deal with difficult situations.
Good organizational, time-management, leadership skills.
