Operation Manager (Seafoods, làm việc tại Long An)

Job Description

Our client is a foreign-invested company, now looking for an Operation Manager (Seafoods, ID16113, 2400 USD):

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on sales forecasts, orders, and inventory levels
• Proposal and confirm production quantities for shipping orders and quantity of products that can be produced for customer
• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and minimize production delays.
• Establish and maintain quality standards for each processing stage, product items
• Establish workflow policies and monitor production to resolve issues.
• Conduct inspections and audits to ensure compliance with procedure/ customer's requirement
• Identify and implement improvements for efficiency and waste reduction
• Ensure output meets quality standards and customer’s requirements.
• Liaise with other managers to formulate objectives and understand requirements.
• Implementation of the company's rules and safety in production

Job Requirement

• Male; Ages: under 45 years old
• Graduated from a university or college major related to food
• 5 years of experience as Operation Manager/ Production Manager for seafood or food processing companies.
• Having HACCP certificate.
• Good at English
