1. Supply Chain and Fulfillment Design:
- Analyze the requirements of new group brands and design suitable supply chain and fulfillment models to support their operations.
- Evaluate logistics providers, warehousing solutions, and transportation options to develop optimal fulfillment strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation of the designed supply chain and fulfillment processes.
2. Pricing and Rate Card Development:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to determine appropriate pricing and rate structures for potential leads.
- Develop a comprehensive rate card that covers all services offered, including warehousing, fulfillment, value-added services, and any other relevant charges.
- Regularly review and update the rate card to maintain competitiveness and align with market dynamics.
3. New Brand Onboarding:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new group brands.
- Coordinate with various teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to ensure a smooth and efficient onboarding process.
- Provide training and support to new brands, helping them understand the company's processes, systems, and requirements.
4. Operational Insights and Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key operational metrics, such as fulfillment cost, SKU assortment, gift-to-main ratio, and inventory management.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and provide data-driven recommendations to enhance operational efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement the recommended changes and monitor their impact.
5. Project Management and Innovation:
- Spearhead projects and initiatives aimed at improving the overall operations of the organization.
- Explore and implement innovative solutions, including process optimization, technology integration, and value-added services, to drive efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure that all projects and initiatives align with the company's business goals and contribute to the overall success of the organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within the e-commerce or logistics industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Project management experience and the ability to drive initiatives from ideation to implementation.
- Familiarity with supply chain management principles, fulfillment strategies, and e-commerce operations.
- Proficient in using data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, Power BI....).
