Job Description

1. Update vessel schedule

- Create vessel voyage for feeder and mother vessel in MSC’s system

- Update vessel schedule to ICD / Terminal via email

- Update feeder schedule and cut off time data in Ibox when vessel changing berthing windows

- Update ROE field when finance requires

2. Preload file for USA export

- Check and compare preload file between load list and presob list

- Provide berthing windows to AMS team if they require

- Submit preload file to AMS Center before 28 hours vessel berthing

3. Load list

- Make and send load list to terminal / ICD / Internal dept for these containers will be loaded

- Making load list forecast

- Check discrepancy load list of terminals

4. VCI: Create and update vessel information, cargo operation in VCI system on time

5. Control VGM

- Check VGM before load container on board

- Notify to customer if they are missing VGM

- Support and instruction customer how to submit VGM via myMSC system

- Solve issue related to VGM

- Update VGM in GVA’s system if necessary

6. Check & confirm invoice from vendor & MSC Cost Control

- Check & confirm with vendor about vessel volume (mainline cost, restow handling)

- Check & confirm after receiving invoice from Cost Control

- Coordinate in case of any incidents between Cost Control & vendor.

7. Transshipment: Connect dtx to vessel, for these containers will be loaded and shipped direct to US, China, Japan for preload submission

Job Requirement

- Minimum diploma qualified university, preferably in Logistics or Maritime or equivalent

- Minimum 1 to 2 years’ experience in shipping or forwarding industry

- At least basic knowledge of operations works of barges, ICDs, terminal

- Positive attitude and able to work under pressure

- Good communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong written & spoken English skills

- Ability to work independently

- Good people skills and good relationship with icds, terminal

- Problem solving skills

- Microsoft Office applications
