· Shipment coordination and custom clearance with suppliers, vendors (3rd party logistics) and customers
· Provide support for marketing and events coordination.
· Assist in preparation of pricelist and quotation to customers, reviewing terms for sales contract and purchase order, and managing sales team’s enquiries such as stock availability etc.
· Assist in coordinating suppliers’ lead time and customer customers’ delivery order to ensure timely arrival of stocks.
· Order management for key account customers.
· Follow up with customers and ensure full payment is received.
· Assist in application and renewal of regulatory authorities’ licenses whenever required.
· Ensure proper record filing/documentation and accurate inventory movements.
· Preparation of monthly management reports.
· Other duties as assigned by Reporting Manager
Job Requirement
Pre-requisites:
• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualifications
• 2-3 year of working experience and has the relevant experience in the following area
sales support
shipping/freight/custom clearance
warehouse operations e.g. inventory control
• An organized, meticulous, and disciplined person with a good eye for details
• Able to work in teams as well as independently.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of Trade Facilities like Letter of Credit is advantageous.
• Able to work at Tan Binh District (HCMC)
