1. Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
2. Knowledge:
· Knowledge in luxury fashion is a preferable.
3. Experience:
· Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar leadership role, preferably in the Luxury Retail industry.
· Strong understanding of operational processes and best practices.
· Demonstrated experience in driving process improvement and implementing operational efficiencies.
· Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
· Strong passion for delivering exceptional luxury customer experiences
· Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross- functional teams.
4. Skill/ competence:
· Microsoft Office proficiency is essential.
· Proficiency in reading, writing and speaking English.
· Good skills in communication, leadership. Previous working experience with Government entities is a plus.
· Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
