The Operations Manager will be in charge of the performance of Operations in both cost and service aspects. This position will be in charge of delivering below but not limited other tasks be assigned by line manager and BOD.
I/ Service management (contribution 60% - KPI: 98%)
· Managing the biological processing into LIS system on committed timing at the best condition, all information must be correct, and enclosed documents are proper and accurate.
· Collaborate with related department (Logistics, Sales, IT, Medical, Laboratory…) to ensure the sample status, TAT be strictly followed up as per service commitment and other interdepartmental processes be aligned and applied correctly.
· Manage the blood extraction service on field and at office (both in-house and outsource resource) at the best service level (98%)
· Manage service of return physical result to customer / account on time and in perfect condition
· Structure and maintain operations data for the daily perf supervision, complete assigned report/ dashboard timely and accuracy.
· Efficient using tool / system in operations and guiding team the new applications
· Comply the ISO, company and law regulations and fully apply on operations of OPS team
II/ Cost management (contribution 35% - KPI: 98%)
· Managing the OPEX be approved by line manager in the year.
· Monthly review, report and have deep insight on the fluctuation
· Planning and action for the optimizing with alignment with line manager
III/ People management (contribution 5% - KPI: 100%)
· Build up and develop potential talent in teams
· Creating working environment in teams in line with GS core values
· Transparent, guiding and supporting team to achieve the target in term of service and cost.
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Laboratory Sciences, or a related field; relevant certifications or advanced degrees preferred.
● Experience: 5+ years in an operations role within a medical laboratory or healthcare setting, with demonstrated success in implementing and upholding established processes.
- Leadership: Strong ability to oversee, guide, and support teams in executing high-quality, efficient processes.
- Compliance and Quality Management: Familiarity with quality control standards and regulatory compliance in a medical laboratory context.
- Communication and Coordination: Effective skills in cross-functional communication and stakeholder management.
