Your mission:
Develop the best practice Learning & Organization Development solutions to deliver business strategy (serving both internal and external stakeholders/ clients).
Buidling and managing the framework of Performance Management, Talent Management and Succession Planning, Career Development plan, Critical Role and high potential development to achieve business goals.
Improve organizational effectiveness through the solution development and deployment to enhance leadership, people capability productivity and drive a performance culture.
What you do:
Develop a scope of work, competency framework at company level and functional levels and implementation with metrics and tracking/ measuring systems that linked to business performance result and supports a high-performance culture for a diverse and talented workforce.
Conduct talent view analysis and Individual Career Development Plan (ICDP).
Design and implement learning curriculums and learning platforms for targeted talent groups to cultivate the employees’ growth and promotion.
Provide innovative and strategic Leadership Program (for both middle and senior levels) ensuring maximum organizational impact as well as career growth and development for participants.
Create and facilitate bespoke programs, mentoring and coaching initiatives.
Coordinate with Regional and Corporate to ensure employee engagement through end-to-end employee life cycle programs from onboarding to offboarding (GIT training, compliance training, development training, promotion programs, exit interview, development related analytics and systems, ...)
Support the company’ performance review, including the analysis of development needs identified through the scheme.
Collaborate with Business Development Function to productize Organizational and Talent Development solutions for clients.
Build-up and develop a world-class Organizational and Talent Development Team.
Performing other duties as assigned by the management.
