Job Description
•Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer buying lab tests & services.
•Effectively sell to new and existing customers.
•Consistently achieve a monthly sales quota.
•Meet established activity targets, SOP (Standards of Performance) and KPI (Key Performance Indicators).
•Handle all prospects with courtesy and professionalism; Establish and maintain a high level of prospect satisfaction in all interactions.
•Act as a subject matter expert when promoting, recommending, and selling the value of Diag products and services.
•Ability to think and respond quickly to customer while maintain a high level of ethics within all interactions.
•Perform other duties as requested.
•Conduct follow up calls with new and existing customers to encourage additional purchases and product satisfaction.
Job Requirement
Required Skills/Abilities and Knowledge
•Ability to communicate orally in a clear, concise, and professional manner.
•Ability to conduct a consultative approach, overcome objections, develop a strong sales pitch, and effectively towards closing sales.
•Detail oriented.
•Adaptability to changing business needs and be able to prioritize and organize effectively even when volume and workload exceed expectations.
•Must effectively work independently as well as be a team player.
•Proficiency in MS Office and related software applications is desirable.
Required Education
Highschool graduation.
Required Related Work Experience and Number of Years
Call Center and/or Sales Experience 1+ years.
Can work in shifts
