1) Production support activities:
§ Provide production references to QC Manager (approved color panel, sign off sample, wicker swatch).
§ Coordinate with QA & sales team when get complaint to investigate it and provide Corrective Action Plan to customer.
§ Receive and relay all QA issues informed by QC Team/ Final Audit Team/ Technical Team/ Packing Team/ Warehouse Team/ … to Production Support Manager.
§ Make technical document file as per Production Support Manager instruction.
§ Assist Production Support Manager on daily activity
2) Sample coordinator activities
§ Receive sample list from CS and release to Sample Team/ Supplier.
§ Finalize and send technical document (specs, drawing, color panel, wicker swatch, fabric swatch, ...) to Sample Team/ Supplier/ Chemical Supplier.
§ Co-ordinate with Sample Team/Supplier for commitment date.
§ Follow up sample delivery activities.
§ Update and release Sample Monitoring Sheet to David and Sample Team.
3) Claim activities:
§ Receive claim from Claim Officer with all information (specs/drawing/actual item, ...).
§ Release claim to Sample Team/ Supplier
§ Follow up finishing process and send to warehouse for packing.
§ Others task and duties from time to time from management not stated on above
