Packing Engineer Supervisor

Job Description

• Participate in NPI meetings with the production team.
• Design packaging solutions that protect and preserve products during transportation, storage, and handling.
• Develop work instructions for product packaging and manage the packaging process to ensure safety, efficiency, and attractiveness.
• Supervise and train packaging staff to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the production team to align packaging processes with production schedules.
• Maintain and ensure compliance with packaging schedules while assigning tasks and monitoring packaging equipment and supplies.
• Lead the resolution of packaging quality and design issues in coordination with the quality department.
• Monitor and recommend improvements in packaging processes to enhance efficiency.
• Track and analyze packaging costs to identify opportunities for cost reduction.
• Working Time: Monday – Saturday (8:00 AM – 4:30 PM)

Job Requirement

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Product Design, Packaging, or related Engineering fields.
• Good communication skills in English.

Experience / Expertise:

• At least 3 years of team management experience in CNC manufacturing or related fields.
• Proficiency in computer-aided design (3D CAD) and MS Office software, with strong project management skills.
• Experience in cleanroom packaging is a plus.
