We are seeking a dynamic and innovative candidate to join our team. For this position, you will play an important part in assisting the project in meeting its business objectives, including but not limited to:
Responsible for the acquisition and incubation of influencer programs.
Prepare a strategy plan to approach, contact, and persuade partners who would be a suitable fit for the project.
Identify appropriate influencers for each brand's campaign & recommend appropriate methods/SOW for each influencer.
Negotiate a price and sign a partnership contract with influential partners.
Enhance the experience of collaboration by handling all inquiries from creators.
Maintain and strengthen ties with partners in order to reach a long-term collaborative agreement.
Stay up to date on emerging influencer marketing trends.
Design and launch offline and online community development initiatives.
Ensure the campaign is fully operational and processes are running smoothly.
Work closely with diverse teams: product, marketing, commercial, operation, etc., in a fast-paced environment to execute relevant tasks.
Other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
At least 2 years of experience in related positions (with booking experiences and having excellent relationships and data sources of KOLs/KOCs/Tiktokers is an advantage)
Understanding the process of working with KOL/KOC is a strong plus.
