Job Description

JOB MISSION

• Make payment voucher for cash/bank transactions

• Make remittance with correct amount and proper beneficiary’s name

• Verify all documents (contract, PO, payment request) before processing

• Input invoice by manual to the accounting software for AP and VAT declaration

JOB DUTIES & REPONSIBILTIES

• Control cash limit and balance every day

• Prepare all payment vouchers relating to non supplier - local

• Check supplier’s name and/or Rohto staff to ensure such payment will go to proper beneficiary’s name

• Control payables and pay on time

• Control and monitor all contract and P/O for future use for relevant document

• Filing document, making number sequence

• Dealing with banks (Sumitomo, BTMU, VCB)

JOB EXPECTATIONS

• Remit correct amount and proper beneficiary’s name
• Do not exceed cash limit per day
• For significant payment, inform to Head Department ASAP for arrangement
