Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Payment Gateway Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate is a bilingual professional fluent in both English and Vietnamese, with experience in the technology and payment gateway industries. This role involves identifying and onboarding global Payment Service Providers (PSPs), managing relationships, and ensuring successful integration into our system. The position also includes overseeing onboarding processes, KYC compliance, and contract finalization, with a performance-based incentive structure tied to PSP referrals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Payment Gateway Research & Outreach:
Conduct in-depth market research to identify and evaluate potential PSP partners globally.
Initiate contact with PSP representatives and present our business model and partnership opportunities.
Drive outreach campaigns to expand the network of PSP partners.
2. Partnership Building & Management:
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements with PSPs.
Act as the main point of contact for PSPs, fostering long-term relationships and trust.
Oversee the smooth onboarding of PSPs, including documentation and compliance requirements.
3. Onboarding, KYC, and Contract Management:
Guide PSP partners through the onboarding process, ensuring all steps are completed efficiently.
Manage Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation to meet compliance standards.
Facilitate the review and signing of contracts, ensuring legal and operational accuracy.
4. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Coordinate with management to align partnerships with strategic goals.
Work closely with developers to ensure seamless API integration of PSPs into our back-office portal.
Serve as the bridge between PSPs and internal teams to address technical and operational challenges.
5. Performance Monitoring & Reporting:
Track the performance and impact of onboarded PSPs.
Prepare regular reports on partnership metrics and suggest strategies for optimization.
Provide feedback and updates to management on partnership progress and challenges.
Job Requirement
Qualifications:
Language Skills:
Fluency in both English and Vietnamese (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Experience:
Proven experience in sales, business development, or relationship management within technology companies or payment gateway industries.
Hands-on experience with onboarding processes, KYC, and contract management.
Familiarity with API-based integration processes is highly desirable.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong understanding of payment processing systems, PSP platforms, and financial technology solutions.
