Job Description

  • Process monthly payroll for employees, including calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with company policies, as well as federal and Vietnam regulations.
  • Work closely with HR Corporate oversea to submit payroll document
  • Collaborate with HR Team (Recruitment, Employees Database) to update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
  • Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
  • Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues from employees promptly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Support HR Activities Recruitments, HR Projects, Training and other activies
  • Support other HR functions and perform the tasks assigned by HRM

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
  • 1- 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English. (TOEIC would be a plus)
  • Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarize with setting up/implementation of HR Software from beginning
  • Have service mind and ready to support employees all levels
