Process monthly payroll for employees, including calculation of wages, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
Ensure accuracy of payroll data and compliance with company policies, as well as federal and Vietnam regulations.
Work closely with HR Corporate oversea to submit payroll document
Collaborate with HR Team (Recruitment, Employees Database) to update employee records, including new hires, terminations, and changes in employment status.
Generate payroll reports and analyze payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
Handle payroll inquiries and resolve issues from employees promptly and professionally.
Stay informed about changes in payroll regulations and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Support HR Activities Recruitments, HR Projects, Training and other activies
Support other HR functions and perform the tasks assigned by HRM
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree of Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
1- 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably in a multinational or global environment.
Good command of both written and spoken English. (TOEIC would be a plus)
Proficiency in payroll software and systems.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarize with setting up/implementation of HR Software from beginning
