Payroll (50%)
- Establish and implement salary administration and maintain the salary database the whole country.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely remittance of the payroll to employees
- Ensure proper payroll authorization is obtained prior to the remittance of payroll and that the entire payroll system including procedures and files are in compliance with audit requirements
- Ensure final payments are processed accurately and timely in accordance with company policies and local regulations
- Calculate final payment amount for termination employees
- Resolve employee queries and provide the advice regarding Payroll
PIT/ Reconcile/ System/ Reportings (30%)
- Reconcile with Finance: work closely with Accounting team to analyze, reconcile all costs: PIT, Social Insurance, Sick leave claims, Salary, Trade Union.
- PIT: ensure PIT provisional withholding and finalization are conducted accurately and timely in accordance with PIT law, issue PIT certificate
- Payroll system: maintenance, testing, amending and updating system as business required.
- Audits: Prepare data and document for internal & external audits
- Reportings: Manage on-demand and ad hoc reports and requests of working time & payroll
Others (20%)
- Post salary monthly on SAP system and CitiDirect
- Expat employees (CAF report, quarterly PIT)
- Performs other duties as assigned
