Salvia is a leading mobile app specializing in Tarot and Psychic services in the international markets. We connect users with expert readers globally, offering personalized guidance and insights. As we expand, we're looking for a skilled Performance Marketing to join our team and help us grow our user base through targeted advertising strategies.

We are a small and fast-moving team. Therefore, we need a talent who has a customer-oriented mindset and a strong sense of ownership, flexibility, and courage to build & grow products from scratch with us.

Responsibilities:

● Develop, implement, and optimize ad campaigns across multiple platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) to drive user acquisition and engagement.

● Analyze ad performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

● Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling ad creatives that resonate with our target audience.

● Conduct A/B testing to evaluate ad effectiveness and continuously improve campaign performance.

● Manage budgets, bids, and schedules to maximize ROI and achieve KPIs.

● Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to stay ahead in the market.

● Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, providing actionable recommendations for future campaigns.

Job Requirement

Requirements:

● Proven experience in ad optimization, preferably for mobile apps or digital services.

● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

● Proficiency in using ad platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant tools.

● Experience with A/B testing, audience segmentation, and retargeting strategies.

● Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

● Feel at ease when communicating in English

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.

Salary and working time:

• Attractive salary depending on your experience and qualifications

• Full salary probation, Full SMUI, another allowance

• From Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 6:00 pm

• Location: Cobi Tower II, No. 2-4, Street No. 8, Tan Phu Ward, District 7, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
