1. Media Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive media strategies to drive user acquisition, app downloads, and brand awareness.
- Identify target audiences and optimize media channels to reach and engage potential users effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align media strategies with overall brand goals and messaging.
2. Budget Management:
- Manage and allocate the media budget across various channels, ensuring optimal use of resources to maximize ROI.
- Monitor spending to stay within budget while achieving performance goals.
- Adjust budget allocations based on performance data and changing business needs.
3. Campaign Planning and Execution:
- Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant channels.
- Utilize programmatic buying and other advanced targeting techniques to maximize campaign effectiveness.
- Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives that drive engagement and conversions.
4. Team Leadership and Management:
- Lead and manage a team of media buyers and performance marketers, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous improvement.
- Foster a collaborative and results-driven team environment, encouraging innovation and data-driven decision-making.
- Set clear performance goals and KPIs for the team, regularly reviewing progress and providing feedback.
5. Publisher Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key publishers and media partners, including Google, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Negotiate media buying agreements and secure advantageous terms to maximize value and reach.
- Stay updated on the latest developments and opportunities with media partners to leverage new advertising solutions.
6. Analytics and Reporting
- Use analytics tools to track, analyse, and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
- Monitor key metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to assess campaign effectiveness.
- Prepare regular reports for senior management, highlighting performance, trends, and areas for improvement.
7. User Acquisition and App Marketing:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive app installs and user acquisition through targeted media campaigns.
- Optimize app store presence and use app-specific advertising formats to increase downloads and user engagement.
- Analyse user acquisition funnels to identify bottlenecks and improve conversion rates.
8. Brand Building and Awareness:
- Work with the brand team to develop and execute media strategies that enhance brand recognition and positioning.
- Use a mix of performance marketing and brand-building tactics to create a balanced approach that drives both short-term results and long-term brand equity.
- Leverage content marketing, influencer partnerships, and PR opportunities to boost brand visibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in performance marketing, user acquisition, and media strategy, preferably in the travel or e-commerce industry.
- Proven track record of managing digital advertising campaigns and achieving performance targets.
- Strong relationships with key media publishers such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, and others.
- Expertise in using digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience leading a performance marketing team.
- Strong experience in performance marketing for mobile app will be preferred.
