JOB DESCRIPTIONS

• Establish the end-to-end performance marketing capabilities and strategy that aligns with the needs and goals of the businesses on Amazon Ad Platform un mutiple markets.
• Lead the implementation of these capabilities, such as media planning and buying, search, conversion rate optimisation and data and analytics to support future business growth.
• Working alongside Senior Performance Marketing Manager, Sales Team, Creative Team and other stakeholders to to ensure that the marketing technology strategy aligns with the organisation’s broader digital strategy and efforts
• Lead the analytics and reporting function in digital campaigns with a focus on optimisation.
• Develop and lead the implementation of the longer-term data and analytics capability, in consultation with the relevant marketing and business leaders.
• Establish best practices around the use of data and analytics to inform marketing and campaign effectiveness.
• Work with different Sales teams to optimize campaigns for search engines through effective SEM tactics
• Guide and follow SEO performance across all teams
• Support to build internal system in order to standadize and scale up company revenue results
• Supervise budget allocation of Sales team, optimize bids for performance marketing initiatives to ensure target ROI
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and implement new strategies for continuous improvement
• Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for customer acquisition and sales growth
• Demonstrate a desire of self-development, self-learning, self-motivating, sharing knowlege and thinking out of the box
• Lead marketing process in pursuit of standard focus, profit focus and P&L focus

Job Requirement

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• At least 3-year experience in performance marketing, with a strong focus on international e-commerce as Amazon and Walmart
• Experience in performance marketing, specifically SEO, Paid Search (Google, Bing, Coc Coc) and Paid Social (Facebook, Instagram, Youtube, TikTok, etc)
• Strong data skills and ability to conduct guerirlla marketing analysis
• Proficient in universal SEM and SEO tools with automation mindset
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work cross-functionally and collaborate with teams across the organization
• Good English and comfortable interacting in a multinational team.
• Experience in Performance Agency is a plus
