I. Position Summary
The Personal Development Coach works with students, aged 12-17, who are undergoing intense personal and educational developments to strike for international Admission and Scholarships. This position is all about engaging and empowering students to be the best version of them. You will meet with students to discuss their ambition, assess their abilities and together create strategies and set plan of actions to make their dreams come true. You will need a set of coaching skills to help our students to foster both academic and personal developments by equipping them with essential soft skills as well as building a reputable personal brand to best prepare for their student lives in the US, and all around the world.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
As a Personal Development Coach, you’ll work with each student on an individual basis to formulate customized strategies. General duties of a Personal Development Coach are consisted of, but not limited to the following (based on a 44-hour work week):
· Working 1 on 1 with our students using GPA recognizable lesson plans,
· Assess students’ strengths and flaws to craft and carry out a suitable personal development strategy for each student; discuss with students and their parents about personal development goals;
· Coach and guide students so that they will be well prepared for their future,
· Guide students to join local community services, Student Project, student-based Community and Talent Projects, further encourage students to lead their own project,
· Keep a record of development progress for each student and suggest adjustments as needed,
· Evaluate and report coaching outcomes to Program Manager and Students’ Parents;
· Facilitate occasional workshops for a group of 8-20 students,
· General administrative responsibilities associated with responsibilities listed above,
