PPC Senior Staff

Job Description

· Supervise PPC activities, factory loading plan and monitoring production planning.

· Prepare all materials/Accessories to supply to production team to ensure on time delivery.

· Collaborate with Merchandising, sub-Material, Production teams as well as other functional team to proactively follow up orders to achieve company goals.

· Follow up customer’s orders from the beginning (Sales contract) to delivery.

· Works together with factory manager and production manager to track production status and finished goods delivery plan and status.

· Following up daily production status and tracking output/efficiency report to ensure that all orders can meet the shipment.

· Preparing shipment’s plan & adjust planning to achieve Customer shipment’s request. Follow up shipments schedule to meet buyer requirement

· Communicating with Customer for new enquiries, handling Customer’s request, issue or changing about quality & quantity.

· Submission of samples to the customers, get customers updated with the order status at all stages

· Purchasing order and follow sub-material, accessories status to catch production schedule. Ensure material, accessories supplying to production team with sufficient lead time

Job Requirement

Education Background

·       College or University.

Working Experience

·       More than 5 years of experience as the same position in Garment or Home textile industry.

·       Experience of  working in oversea manufacturing

·       Strong interpersonal skill.

·       Experience of merchandising will be advantage.

·       Able to speak English or Chinese.

·       Good in computer
