Job Description

- Create a system to control all documents of the plant including update documents to the system, distribute new/update documents to relevant departments…

- Co-ordinate with relevant departments to establish procedures according to requirements of the quality, food safety and SHE management system.

- Make a plan and conduct internal audit according to requirements of the quality, food safety and SHE management system.

- Work with external audit parties to make an external audit plan and present during the audit of ISO9001, HACCP, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, HALAL, FDA

- Monitor all internal and external audit results to ensure the effectiveness of management systems

- Train some basic knowledge of quality, HACCP and food safety awareness to employees and new employees according to the training plan.

- Conduct validation and verification of HACCP, production processes, cleaning processes, PRPs… to assurance a quality and food safety products.

- Propose control measures to ensure and improve quality and food safety of RM, PM, SFG, FG

- Involve in root cause analysis and corrective actions to eliminate nonconformities of RM, PM, SFG, FG and management systems

- Review and develop all testing methods in the lab

- Supervise all CCPs/OPRPs and food safety conditions in production processes to ensure a safe product

- Participate in all trials of product and new packaging

- Follow and monitor all nonconformities happened to ensure the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions

- Involve to solve customer complaint

- Work with procurement department to make a yearly vendor audit plan and participate in vendor audit.

- Make a plan and participate in distributor audit and market visit

- Update and ensure the compliance of regulatory requirements

- Assist in customer complaint resolve

- Others tasks as assigned by PQA Manager

Job Requirement

  • Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Food chemistry… or relevant
  • Must have knowledge of GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, ISO 9001, ISO17025
  • Good Computer Skill
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Good English both writing and speaking
  • Min 3 years of experiences in similar position in manufacturing industry (food factories)
  • Have ability and willingness to work well under pressure.
