Process Innovation Assistant Manager – Demand & Supply Planning

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and talented Process Innovation Assistant Manager to optimize our SCM Planning. This role is critical in ensuring that customer demand is met effectively, costs are minimized, and inventory is managed efficiently. You will play a key part in driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall performance of our supply chain.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1/ Demand & Supply Planning Enhancement

● Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Manufacturing, and FA teams to develop and align consensus plans that balance sales targets with production capacity.

● Manage inventory levels to meet demand while avoiding excess stock or shortages, utilizing Distribution Resource Planning for efficient warehouse stock transfers.

● Conduct scenario analyses to evaluate various supply chain scenarios and create contingency plans to adapt to evolving market conditions.

2/ Product Portfolio Management

● Partner with the Marketing team to drive new product development, optimizing supply chain efficiency by improving raw material and packaging stock control.

3/ Continuous Improvement Initiatives

● Champion continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and overall performance.

● Standardize system utilization and master data management.

● Drive data-driven decision-making and digitalization within the supply chain.

Job Requirement

 ●    Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or a related field, or a strong passion for SCM.

●     5-6 years of progressive experience in demand/supply planning, inventory control, product change management, or related fields within the FMCG industry

●     Proficiency in written and spoken English.

●     In-depth knowledge of FMCG supply chain processes, including demand forecasting, inventory management, production planning, and product change management.
