Job Description
• Execute daily procurement operations.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to identify business needs and manage scope of works.
• Ensure all procurement documents comply with Company Policy and Procurement Manual.
• Conduct and manage proposal, offer, and bid evaluations in line with internal policies and local regulations to select the best suppliers.
• Foster supplier relationships to negotiate optimal prices.
• Assess the total costs of company purchases and understand the concept of total cost of ownership (TCO).
• Resolve supplier issues related to quality, performance, and service levels.
• Identify and certify alternative suppliers to mitigate supply risks.
• Maintain thorough documentation from procurement origination to completion.
Job Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics/ Foreign Trade/Business Administration
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in the F&B industry andforeign-invested companies.
• Proficient in direct and indirect materials procurement, supplier performance management, contract management, and negotiation.
• Strong knowledge of customs and government regulations, including import/export, taxes, commercial laws, and merchandise.
• Technical knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluent in English & Vietnamese
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and working applications. Power BI, Power Query, and Power Automate are preferred.

• Experience with ERP systems. Oracle/SAP is preferred.
