Job Description
- Process Orders and Follow up delivery
- Conduct competitive bidding
- Contract/PO management
- Take initiative action to avoid out of stock.
- Manage and resolve problems in delivery, stock, product quality in timely manner.
- Primarily evaluate suppliers.
- Collaborate with colleagues across R&D, QA/QC, Manufacturing team to support for new product developments Reporting
- Make the Price report, Saving report Integration
- Develop alternative options/suppliers to secure the supply and identify saving opportunities
- Coordinate with other relevant departments in daily activities to ensure tasks are carried out in a proper and smooth way Others
- Performs other related duties as assigned of line manager
Job Requirement
- Educational Background
- A Bachelor degree in Food, Foreign Trade, Economics or equivalent Expertise Skills & Experience
- 2+ years of experience in purchasing direct raw materials in food companies, preferably in MNC/ FMCG environment
- Good at Excel, Word, Power point.
- Fluent in English speaking & writing
- Good negotiation skill and teamwork.
- Good communication skills
- Result oriented
