· Report directly to the Procurement Manager.
· Responsible for procuring all direct flexible packaging materials such as film, ink, foil, paper, solvents, zipper, spout, paraffin wax, and packing materials.
· Provide support to the indirect procurement team as needed.
· Organize biddings and tenders.
· Manage and develop supplier relationships, actively supporting the improvement of their service performance.
· Negotiate and follow up on improvements in credit terms, including extending payable days to suppliers and securing other privileges.
· Contribute to project cost savings initiatives.
· Engage directly in global and regional negotiations.
· Ensure all activities comply with safety and quality standards, as well as legal requirements.
· Potential leadership of a team.
· Bachelor's degree,
· 5 - 10 years of experience in similar positions at multinational companies.
· Proven track record of success.
· Must have experience in raw materials for flexible packaging (Resins, Films, Inks/Adhesives, Paper, etc.).
· Preferred candidates may come from the same industry or direct competitors.
· Advanced proficiency in English, both in speaking and writing.
· Driven to achieve results.
· Capable of challenging and influencing others.
· Experienced in project management.
· Effective communication skills with impactful presentation abilities.
· Ability to work independently under high pressure.
· Strong analytical skills.
· Experience in indirect sourcing would be an asset.
