- Education level, certification:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Banking/Finance, Economics, Marketing or related majors.
- Experience:
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in banking/financial services sector (experience in product development/ product management/ Installment/Credit Card channel management/ digital banking is preferable)
• Have strong experience in develop new product/ new services/ business cooperation models of Installment/Credit Card channel
• Good in communication and planning, market analysis & project management
• Have deep knowledge in Installment/Credit Card and Digital Sales.
• Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Written and verbal fluency in English is required.
• Understanding of system integration and platform-to-platform connection is preferable. Lending platform understanding: CRM, Mobile app for Customer, LOS/LMS, Integration of core system with related system
• Data analysis & presentation skills
