Product Engineer (METAL/DECAL)

Job Description

1. Review drawing (FSD), rubber mould (RM)​ & template both sample, production.

- Check RM versus FSD

- Check template versus FSD

- Check other references if necessary.

- Check new CO

2. Provide bill of materials & Routine

- Sample TAG BOM

- Production BOM (simple items)

3. Sample in charge & monitoring

- Received sample JO

- Gather all sample JO in one excel files

- Initiate sample meeting

4. Gather information

- Make product technical change requests

- Take photos send email to plan 1

- Check & order availability of materials

- Monitor status for ready making costing sheets.

- Make audit tag

5. Decal works ( etching for metal plan and decal for Finishing plant 1)

- Provide layout / adjust

- Cutting plot
