Train teams to ensure a thorough understanding of the company’s software products.
Address questions or concerns about the product from other departments.
Collaborate with the IT team to resolve issues and implement new features.
2. Product Demos & Feedback Collection:
Conduct professional software demonstrations for potential customers.
Collect and analyze feedback from existing customers to identify areas for improvement.
3. Market Research & Product Improvement:
Research competitor software to identify trends and opportunities.
Recommend actionable improvements to enhance the company’s software.
Skills:
Working hours: Monday to Friday (from 22:00 to 07:00 AM).
