The responsibilities include formulating product marketing strategy, responsible for introducing a new product or enhancing existing product by communicating the product’s value to the target consumers. Plan GTM Strategy based on market feedback. Ensured continuous success on product launched. Work closely with Marketing Manager, Product Development and Sales Team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Developing and Implement product strategies for Textile Division for each market.
· Providing product assortment plans based on channel.
· Creating voice for the product to target markets.
· Creating and Implementing Product Launch calendar and marketing content for each Product type.
· Predicting and tracking trends for each Product type.
· Consolidating and reporting market trends, hits and gains to management.
· Monitoring product performance and anticipate market shifts and adjust strategies accordingly
· Monitoring and gauging the effectiveness of product campaigns, make informed adjustments, and validate their strategies to achieve the product sales.
· Support Sales team in textile technical aspects (such as specs performance) and product quality to close deals.
· Developing new textile products that meet clients specific requirements.
· Improving or modifying existing products to meet changing consumer needs.
Have a minimum of bachelor’s degree in any discipline
Have 5 - 8 years of working experience in Product marketing in Fashion, Retail or Textile products.
Good understanding on Fashion & Textile Markets.
Passionate in marketing Sustainable products.
Good presentation and analytical skills using Microsoft Office.
A strong commercial mindset and the ability to understand the broader picture
Excellent English language skills. Must be able to write and speak Vietnamese & English. The ability to speak Mandarin is a plus.
Ability to prepare presentation using Microsoft PowerPoint and Words
Overseas travelling is expected
