Job Description
• Visit customers and create/maintain relationships with existing/potential customers.
• Learn and manage customers, develop potential customer data.
• Understand product knowledge to introduce dermatology products to customers, resolve customer questions and complaints.
• Capture market and competitor information to report and propose sales and marketing strategies.
• Learn to understand the process of large and small scale beauty salon and spa, chains, having knowledge of bidding is a plus.
• Report all sales-related activities according to the company's form.
• Understand the company's regulations and procedures.
• Collect market surveys if requested by marketing.
• Coordinate with other departments (if necessary).
Job Requirement
• Graduated: College or higher in economics, marketing… preferably pharmacy.
• Good communication, negotiation and customer persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under high pressure and understanding the assigned area is an advantage.
• Work independently, be honest, good listener, and eager to learn.
• Good-looking appearance, good knowledge in the beauty field.
• Have 1 - 2 years of experience working in the field of beauty/cosmetics/medical equipment related to aesthetics.
