JOB SUMMARY
Work under the guidance of product management leadership to proactively manage the portfolio assigned and develop a sustainable and aggressive business plan that will help to drive our business to record growth and sales contribution.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES
• Work with Brand marketing to ensure we are correctly launching and communicating the benefits our products deliver to the end users
• Carry out competitor price benchmarks & analysis to identify market opportunities.
• Get customer insights and propose new SKU launching, promotion, campaign to boost hero SKUs, slow SKUs, and expand vertical portfolio.
• Develop launch kits that deliver a strong message on how we win to our internal and external customers
• Manage various reports including New Product Launch effectiveness, margin, and mix analysis with the Finance team and report back to management with results and recommendations
• Work with markets and distributor partners on potential new product opportunities for new products
• Sales performance: Monitor, analyze, and boost baseline sales & promotion uplift.
• Forecast/target: closely follow up with sales performance & draw tactical growth drivers to meet the target.
• Planning: Build yearly action plans and launch campaigns.
• Trade P&L: Manage cost-efficiency to ensure smart spending within the approved budget.
• Establish close working relations with global product and engineering teams to ensure the needs of Vietnam are met and delivered
• Collaborate with our Training team to ensure they have up-to-date product information that will allow them to deliver world-class training that our products require and deserve
• Participate in key customer presentations, line reviews, trade shows, and other industry events as needed
• Perform such works in other ad hoc projects as assigned by the Company
REQUIREMENTS
Education
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Business Analytics, Technical, or equivalent required.
Experience
• Work at least 03 years as a same position in product marketing or trade marketing
• Must be comfortable working on a commercial & residential job site: enduser visits, making sales calls with sales and distributor sales force, and field testing.
Knowledge

• Good IT skills e.g., MS Office, PowerPoint, Internet, etc.
• Excellent communication skills and writing in English
• Outstanding verbal communication skills
