Work Location: Our factory is based in VSIP 3, Tan Uyen, Binh Duong. Shuttle buses are provided from Ho Chi Minh, Bien Hoa & Binh Duong

Core Responsibilities
• Provide support work in the Moulding Department.
• Manage 5S implementation in the production huddle area.
• Handle administrative tasks, including form collection and timely delivery to PPC.
• Maintain and update training records.
• Support company and department activities.
• Manage stationery supply and consumables for production.
• Oversee record control and uniform storage in the Moulding Department.
• Perform other assigned tasks as required.
Do you have what it takes?
• Preference for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in a manufacturing company.
• Experience or knowledge in administrative work or a related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt.
• Highly committed and responsible.
• Able to communicate professionally in English.
