Job Description

Fujikura Fiber Optics Vietnam Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as FOV) is invested 100% Japanese Fujikura Group, started the operation in April 2001. We are specialized in manufacturing fiber optics components and Medical devices; and are hiring PRODUCTION PLANNER to join our team due to new business plan. You will have many opportunities to work and learn in a creative and professional environment and will be responsible for the below categories:

Key responsibilities for PRODUCTION PLANNER:

• Planning roles:
  • To be the window to connect to customers
  • Control customer POs: receive, manage and arrange production plan to meet customer requirement
  • Control manufacturing plan
  • Control shipping schedule
  • Quotation
  • Other tasks: Make Agreement, Debit note, Credit note concerning to planning issue, Close WO , collect Customer’s satisfaction
• Planning data
• General Data Jobs
• Make Reports as requirement by higher level/customer/for group

Job Requirement

*** Requirement for PRODUCTION PLANNER:

1. University graduation with industrial Management/Foreign trade/Business Administration/Accounting,... and relevant major.
2. Good at English communication (both speaking & writing).
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office : MS Excel, MS Word, MS Powerpoint, MS Outlook
4. At least 1 year working at same level.
5. Planning & Organizing skill, can Work under pressure, Work overtime, Careful
6. Working factory: No. 9, St. 6, Vietnam - Singapore Industrial Park, Thuan An
