Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Digital Printing Machine Operation Supervisor to lead our printing operations team. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, maintain high-quality standards, and oversee the operation and maintenance of digital printing equipment.

• Supervising operations within a facility to achieve higher output
• Organizing, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks to meet production goals
• Evaluating various stations of the production operation to ensure optimum efficiency
• Maintaining communication between employees and senior executives to ensure procedures and policies are well-understood
• Ensuring the flow of raw materials and other resources
• Managing outsourcing suppliers
• Organizing training and operational manuals for the production team
• Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding of new hires
• Ensuring compliance with safety and professional standards within a facility

Job Requirement

• Knowledge of manufacturing tools and equipment such as Indigo Digital Press, Fuji Xerox Press, Sato Laser Printer, Digital UV Inkjet Press.
• IT skills, especially using data analysis software such as ERP, HP Site flow, and other printing-related software.
• Excellent organization, communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong work ethics.
• Ability to create and adhere to production processes.
• Ability to write reports legibly and accurately.
• Relevant training and certification in industrial production, engineering, or any related field.
• Extensive manufacturing supervisory experience is required, second shift experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years management experience within a printing environment.
• High School graduate or equivalent.
