Job Description

• Allocate the number of people according to the arranged plan to best meet the quality and performance during the production shift.
• Track and improve KPIs to achieve production department goals. Ensure the product standards given.
• Collaborate, drive innovation together with related teams.
• Support and training for line leaders, ensuring workers are fully trained and skilled before putting them on the production line.
• Ensure workers comply with company rules and regulations, maintain and develop quality and 5S in the working area.
• Responsible for people (line leader, workers): Recruitment, training and competency assessment
