Production Supervisor - Nhà Máy Dược Abbott - Vsip1

Job Description

• Oversee the production process and employees, create weekly schedule and execute.
• Ensure that the production is cost effective
• Ensure the shop floor labor discipline
• Ensure that all SOPs are followed
• Control the process efficiency
• Monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed
• Responsible for the proper operation of equipment
• Monitor product standards and implement quality-control
• Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed
• Supervise and motivate a team of workers
• Driving improvement of manufacturing department.
• Envolve/ execute in department project.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy (preferred) or Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

• At least 6 to 10 years' experience in reputed Pharmaceutical Companies in Vietnam in Production of Oral Dosage forms and management of work force

• Good knowledge of Vietnam MoH cGMP/ PICS/ EUGMP

• Hand-on experience in operating and understanding the pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment, both design and working principle.

• Conversational in English must be.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
