Responsible for overseeing and directing the entire production activities to support the manufacturing requirements of the company.
Major Responsibilities:
Implements and monitors manufacturing plans and programs and ensures alignment with the company’s goals and objectives.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates production reports submitted by subordinates and endorse to Plant manager.
Evaluates and approves requisitions on parts and supplies of departments under his authority and endorses to Plant manager for approval of documents.
Recommends and implements ways to increase production and improves efficiency.
Ensures proper observance of departments/units handled to appropriate standards and procedures to maintain and improve quality of existing products and services.
Leads implementation of company projects and installation of new machineries.
Executes testing of sample materials given by suppliers.
Executes the recommendations for suspension, termination, promotion, and appraisal of staff/plant workers and endorses to VN admin.
Trains, orients, and evaluates staff and recommends developmental programs to improve the services of the group and seeks for approval of VN admin for the implementation of developmental activities (e.g., cross-function training, job rotation, external training, etc.).
Generates SAP or Manual Pull List to reserve Raw Materials/Packaging Materials to be used for production.
Confirms Production Order Consumption and Finished Goods via SAP or Manual.
Generates SAP/ Manual Production Reports
Performs SAP TECO (Technically closed) confirmation) at the end of the production order.
Consults with Plant manager/ IOM for concerns on production, machines and equipment, and quality of products and materials.
Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirement
Graduate of Engineering or any business related course.
With at least 5 years related work experience.
Technical:
With advanced skills in Operations & Principles, Machine Improvement & Development, Application Practices, Food Manufacturing Standard Operations, Methods, & Processes, Production Management, Inventory Control & Management, Materials Handling & Distribution, and Space Management
With background on Instrument Operation, Product Evaluation & Standard Identity Requirements, Product Formulations & Calculations, and Food Product Safety Management
