Production Team Leader (Shift Working)

. Coordinate new technology development, follow up new product’s process.
. Manage Projects for new technology/machine or improvement.
. Standard operational procedure (SOP) design and improvement.
. Arrange and coordinate production for quality/process improvement.
. Handling and reporting monthly machine status and daily control machine status.
. Planning training plan for newcomers.
. Plan and update weekly consumable.
. Coordinate with the Platform team on standardization or Technical issue.
. Build up the technical team to be strong on skills and support the team to handle
problems related to processes/machines.
. Manage and optimize technicians in the team to ensure all production target
achieved and exceeded.
. Control and reduce the scraps, downtime per each machine in the group.
. Coordinate with Supervisors/related departments to resolve all incidents and
develop the improvement plan.
. Other tasks assigned by the supervisor/manager.

. Bachelor degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing or related field.
. 2 - 4 years of working experience in the process automation industry and weaving
looms is preferred.
. Flexibility for trouble shooting and strong with process innovation.
. Strong ability to lead, train and coach a diverse team of individuals performing a
variety of tasks.
. Good coordination, planning, written, and verbal communication skills.
. Good English skill.
