Carry out 5S, maintenance on production equipment and machinery to ensure they are in good working condition in order to meet the organization’s objective and goal.
Implement TPM methodology to ensure consistent machine operating condition and high standard of housekeeping of machine and vicinity.
Understand production process, operation manual, production standards, relevant documents in production process.
Team up with equipment/process engineer on chronic equipment failure through appropriate trouble-shooting and continuous improvement methodology.
Maintain effective records on production equipment logbook on equipment failure, investigation and corrective action taken.
Comply with safe work practices.
Job Requirement
Education: Vocantional and above
2 years of experience and above
Experience in dry room and clean room environment is a plus
