2. Responsible for new worker training for production operation skills.
3. Responsible for the skill certification of production worker.
4. Make and follow up the training plan of production workers and line leaders.
5. Responsible for employee relations issues.
6. Follow up production safety, EHS, 5S, etc.

2. At least one year training experience.
3. Good computer experience with Microsoft office and e-mail communication.
4. Have basic English reading and writing ability.
