- 1-2 years of experience in Customer Services, Student Services/Counselling, or Business Development
- Studied in the US for a long-term period, researched academic programs of top US schools, and passionate about tutoring students
- Graduated from top 100 US universities ( National University Rankings) is a plus
- In-depth understanding of the US college system and its culture
- Intermediate computer skills; eager to learn new platforms
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Proactive, self-starting, curious, and positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and patient, with a customer-focused mindset
- Passion for coaching young adults and appreciation of global perspectives
- Exceptional planning and organizational abilities; additional experience in project management, event coordination, and product management is advantageous
- Proven track record in similar roles within the Education field
